Room cleaning:

Since Covid finding staff has become a big problem.
Because of that our rooms will not be serviced daily (maximum 1-2 times per week).
This helps us with days off and other underruns.
Thank you for understanding!
Clean towels and toilet paper are available at reception.
Bins will be emptied on most days.

Allergies:

Please advise us of any intolerances before arrival. Extra charges may apply.

Check In:

The rooms are available from 2.30 pm.

Check Out:

We ask you to vacate the rooms by 9.30 am.

Cancellation:

30 days before arrival free of charge. From 29 to 15 days before arrival we charge 50%.
From 14 to 8 days before arrival we charge 75%. 7 days prior to arrival, we charge 100%.

For group reservations, the cancellation conditions apply as agreed.

Late arrival or early departure will be charged.

Should you arrive after 8 pm, please let us know.

Payment:

We do not accept card payment.
The hotel bill can be paid by bank transfer.
Drinks must be paid for in cash.

Sauna:

Open Sunday to Friday, Saturday closed.
Sauna towels are available at reception. Please bring your own bathrobe.

Pets:

We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our hotel.

Bathroom:

Hair dryer – not in the room, but available at reception
Soap in the room, but no other toiletries
